Pizza Wisdom

We are pizza wisdom a mobile sourdough pizza van. All our pizzas are made fresh using a 67 year old sourdough starter, baked using our woodfired pizza oven and finally topped and served out of our funky and colourful van. Our pizzas are both vegetarian and vegan friendly. We prove our dough for 24 hrs before service to supply you with great taste and a perfect rise. All our toppings are handmade or locally sourced (even our vegan pepperoni!)
As well as our pizzas being handmade using the finest ingredients we also provide quotes of wisdom about food topics with the pizzas we serve. We can also provide salads and soft drinks on request including our homebrewed lemon and ginger kombucha.
