Tapas or Tapout

We offer Spanish style tapas, freshly cooking in our custom painted trailer.

We can provide power and water if needs be and we bring 6 different dishes to each event.

Our food is cooked fresh in front of customers and with our style of food its different and something new.

We have something for everyone from deep-fried mozzarella sticks that need to be seen to be believed to chili prawns cooked fresh.

You won't see anything else like this on the street food scene as trying to manage 6 dishes and cooking them fresh is quite the undertaking but we have managed to bring quality food that is something for everyone.

Typical menu is
Shin of beef, pancetta, mushrooms in a red wine sauce
Chili prawns
Potato bravos with peppers, onions, and feta
Chicken and chorizo with peppers and onions
Deep-fried mozzarella stick in panko breadcrumbs
Spanish corn dog made with chorizo in a light crispy batter

Due to the menu being cooked fresh we can tailor the menu to every event, should you require more veg options, etc.
