At the wagyu roast co we pride ourselves on taking street food classics to the next level using nothing but the finest ingredients and the best of British wagyu provided exclusively by warrendale wagyu, a leader in British wagyu farming. Our relationship and our locality to warrendale means our supply chain is a mater of miles from farm to fork! It also means our wagyu beef is butchered days before our events allowing us to provide the freshest produce with a tiny carbon footprint. We are big on supporting local and use our local bakers, butterfields to prepare our buns from fresh ensuring the best and freshest quality. Why Wagyu? Wagyu is a breed of cattle that produces highly marbled beef allowing the rich flavours to pass all the way through the meat. Wagyu fat melts at a lower temperature than any other cattle's resulting in a rich, buttery flavour unseen in other strains of beef. Wagyu fat is also unique as it is mono-unsaturated and high in Omega-3 and 6 meaning not only is wagyu more delicious but healthier to! We are a small local business of two friends Jamie and Nick both with a passion for the meat and cooking! Nick also farms and butchers for Warrendale wagyu enabling our streamlined supply chain, traceability and exceptional experience with the product. Warrendale wagyu farms are renowned for breeding the best British wagyu that provides amazing beef resulting in multiple best food awards most recently being gold winners in the world steak awards 2023! Our menu offers a range of wagyu based products, with all of our beef being 100% British wagyu.

No event is to big or to small for us from private parties to weddings and corporate events, we have a range of versatile set ups and and are happy to be as flexible as possible to accommodate our customers.
