What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We need to know the date, time of day and number guests. Do we need to cater for children and any specific food requests? Does the venue have electrical and water supply? Will the event be held outside or inside? This will help us to calculate a full picture of what resources we need.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Primarily what foods do they specialize in eg. sweets, savoury, spicy, cold, veg, gluten-free, vegan etc...

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

As a young infant, my parent taught me two principles in life. One was to be able to wash my own clothes and clean my room. Two - to cook. As a result, I now have both cleaning and cooking businesses which I enjoy. I love to entertain and to make people feel happy and content. Both businesses accomplish that.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

There have been two notable occasions where within 24 hours I have managed to step in where other caterers have let clients down at the last minute. Without Add to Event and me responding at 5 am, their event would have been a disaster. I recommend Add to Event without fail. They are a lifesaver!
