What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask the provider if they are able to meet for a site visit, ideally at the venue where your event is being held this offers you a chance to meet your caterer and for us to view your venue to see what catering equipment may be required. I started this business after my first child, to offer a good work/life balance for my family, I started small and have grown Quite Simply Catering to where I am now. I have always worked in catering and hospitality from every side of this industry, I have a wealth of knowledge from the last 16 years. I thoroughly enjoy this industry, getting to know my clients and help them personalise their events to make each one special and memorable.
