Espresso Vibes is a newly opened business based in High Wycombe. They have always been passionate about coffee and want people to taste what coffee should be -amazing! The trailer is modern and mobile with all new equipment and also looks the part!
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to be able to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the date, an estimated number of guests, will the coffees be unlimited or limited, is it outdoor or indoor, what kind of event is it and lastly is there power and or water available.
From this information, we can put together a plan so we have all the suitable stock and equipment for your event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the provider what they're offering. Within the coffee industry, you have to be picky! Coffee is an art that has to be done with care and by someone who has a passion. Make sure the provider is responsive to your calls and emails, planning needs to be organised. Ask them about their menu, what they are serving and why.

Espresso Vibes was made out of passion and love for coffee. I have always had a passion for coffee and all the different kinds of ways you can make it. Providing people with speciality coffee that they will love is what we are here to do!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Honestly amazing!! We receive a lot of event requests daily and it's safe to say this is one of many platforms that is helping our business grow. We got a booking request for a school in Basingstoke we served teachers well-needed coffees and got an endless amount of thank yous and great reviews. Through Add to Event, the same school has now since then invited us back to serve our tasty coffee 3 more times !!!
