What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Ideally we need the event date and times. It's great to have a brief description of what you are looking for and an idea of numbers and a rough budget so we can tailor to your needs.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Never be afraid to ask questions, it helps us get better ideas of what you want for your event. It's your vision we are trying to create for you, so the more ideas you have the better to help us create the look you are after.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Love Your Event was created out of my love for planning events in general! I'd run a few charity events and always got called on by friends and family. I started by hiring out a sweet cart and build up my hire items and eventually offered my planning services too.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I've not been on this site very long, but it's been great getting bookings from new people. The standout booking that I am having great fun organising is an upcoming 18th Birthday party. It's been great working with the family to create the party they are looking for. We've looked at venues, discussed ideas for decorations, food and drinks! Add to Event has been a great platform for connecting people, I would recommend it to everyone.
