What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
At Brooks Bar Hire we understand that each and every event is unique. Understanding the client's budget is always key, along with the number of guests attending, event date and how they'd like to run their event. For example a free bar, pay bar or even a voucher bar. We're able to create bespoke events tailored around every requirement of the client - Brooks Bar Hire accept all major credit and debit cards throughout events.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Being the cheapest doesn't make it the best option for you. It's your big day, maybe even the biggest day of your life depending on the occasion, make sure you know exactly what you're getting and try not to be blind-sided by overly cheap packages.
Go with a company you can trust, one that comes recommended. Always speak to them before booking, you'll be surprised how much you learn about the supplier just from a quick call.
Go for companies that provide personal and dedicated services. Avoid suppliers that take on 5+ events every weekend.

Brooks Bar Hire opened for business in 2013, but we've had experience in the industry for over 10 years now. Our Managing Director has been in the events and bar business for over a decade and our Logistics Director has run our sister business Brooks Marquee Hire for 11 years.
It's a business we love and one we are building for the long-term. We are now slowly starting to build an array of clients and you'll start seeing us at much larger events and festivals.
