What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We like to know our audience, age, numbers and what type of music they love the best, However just as important as the venue, We always research the venue, not only for closing times and restrictions but for the size, this gives us an idea of how much gear is gonna be required for the gig, Would never want to go overkill on gear hehe.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My best advice is to get in contact with the people you are looking at. Don't get your 3 quotes and just pick the cheapest, Get on the phone to them or meet up and discuss what your needs are and what you want out of them if not they may have to change their prices, And also don't be afraid to ask questions! this helps the supplier as well, if nothing is asked they might presume you knew it.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Always had a passion for music and the industry and always loved playing music at home, in the car everywhere, Anyway, me and a mate ended up getting a one-off gig as a bit of fun, it wasn't a serious gig but it was then we realized we could do this properly and create a business out of it, so we started it up and the rest was history

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Our most recent one was actually a surprise birthday party in Royal Tunbridge Wells and as per usual great fun but always love seeing the look on peoples faces when they think they're going for a nice meal then all their friends and family are there,
The booking process is always smooth as we have the option to call or message each other after selecting, and always great to see a customer put a good review up afterwards. Looking forward to more!
