What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Ideally, I personally like to offer a personal service by talking to each and every client direct to find out all the relevant information regarding their reception. I can use my experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design plus they can see photos and DVDs of previous functions that I have attended.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly I like to find out what service they require and the number of guests, it's good too when booking a professional service to try and meet or talk one to one to find out as much detail as possible and what sort of disco they want to book. This we can supply via photos & DVDs
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I was a professional musician in a band, where we got signed to the EMI label, but it didn't really work out.
Then I become a professional DJ and have performed at well over 5500 events over the past 25 years performing at different functions from corporate, wedding, school proms, birthdays all ages, theme nights, 7 decades etc I cover all types of functions.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
