What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need to know the date of the event, a brief explanation of the event, the estimated number of guests and if they have a venue in mind. We also need to know if there is a theme for the event and if it will be held inside or outdoors. We also need to know the budget they have in mind.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure that what you're being offered is of good quality and that the person offering the service has plenty of experience. Check reviews and ask lots of questions. Can the company provide you with everything you need or will you need to use lots of smaller companies?

Premier Events started as a Ben the DJ with his mobile disco. It very quickly expanded into dancefloors, furniture hire and now full Event Management, Event Production, Event Hire and Event Planning. Premier Events are an award-winning company and are one of the fastest-growing AV production and event management companies in the UK.
