What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for me to give the best possible quote, I would need to know the following:
1. The duration of the event
2. What equipment is required
3. Whether the venue is on the ground access
4. Whether there is suitable parking at the venue.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important element here is the cost. A DJ is an overlooked equation to any event but often it is a DJ who can make a good event great. A DJ with years of experience will know how to work a crowd and will keep the crowd engaged throughout the night.
I would encourage customers to speak to the DJ prior to booking to see if their tastes in music are the same as yours. Can they name you some songs by your favourite artists?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
InEvents_Booths started because we thrive on providing clients with an event that they have dreamed of. We love the idea of providing a DJ service and a Photobooth or Selfie Prices at affordable prices.
We were disappointed with the current package deals on offer for those who wished to have a DJ and a Booth and decided that we could do better.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
The most special booking was the first booking. It was an intimate birthday party in Essex. A playlist was given and we were able to provide a club-style DJ set which was appreciated by all who attended. We received excellent feedback which was greatly received.
Add to Event have the potential to grow our business and I look forward to being part of the journey.
